At Len's Mill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and textile purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring that all fabric bolts or home goods are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the return transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
