This fabric is 100% cotton by QT Fabrics for International.  Panels are sold by the panel, not by the yard.

For the tree tote project, you'll need: thread, fusible interfacing (about 1/3 yard, 45" wide), and a 5x16" piece of heavyweight cardboard or plastic canvas for bag bottom.
